In 2005, Susan Spelman and Devan Devaroyan noticed a lack of high quality moving and delivery services in the Auckland region, so made it their mission to change that using their 20+ years of combined previous experience in the freight and courier industry.

Alex was great. He arrived between the window allocated and kept in contact to let me know his movements. Mine was a pretty easy move, but with a lot of smaller bags, and Alex didn't complain one bit. Even when we had issue with the elevator being occupied (with other movers) from the building I was moving from, and we had to take the stairs. Weather wasn't on our side either, with some rain, but all in all, got the move done efficiently and effectively.

Fantastic experience with Allan, Roman and Riki from Smart Express today. Friendly guys who worked really fast together. They took amazing care of our belongings and went above and beyond to make sure furniture was in the right place and set up to our liking. We had allowed for 4-5 hours to move and they were done in 3 1/2 hours. We would absolutely recommend this company. Thanks guys!
